Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director, Procurement Digital Solutions to architect and deliver a unified procurement technology landscape across S2C, P2P, and supplier portals. You will lead end-to-end programs, define the target state, and ensure data quality, security, and compliance across global platforms.

You’ll co-own roadmaps with IT, lead a cross-functional product team, and manage external partners with clear standards and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of procurement technology and digital transformation.
• Hands-on SAP ECC alignment and S/4HANA rollout experience.
• Proven AI-powered orchestration/intake or guided buying implementations.
• Strong supplier lifecycle digitization knowledge (onboarding, KYC).
• End-to-end global multi-vendor implementation experience.
• SoD, approvals, auditability and e-signature compliance.
• Ability to influence VP/SVP-level stakeholders globally.

Responsibilities

• Define target state for the procurement tech landscape and interop with ERP.
• Lead end-to-end programs from business case to deployment and adoption.
• Streamline intake capabilities and provide a unified user experience.
• Maintain governance with changes, releases, and audit-ready lifecycle.
• Ensure data flows across procurement platforms with governance.
• Embed compliance controls and auditable trails in workflows.
• Collaborate across Legal, Finance, Quality, and Supply Chain.
