Job summary

Teva in Haarlem, Netherlands, seeks a senior Supply Chain Leader to oversee global operations for a portfolio of 400+ products and 60 external partners, ensuring GMP compliance, cost efficiency and robust risk management.

You will lead a lean, agile team, drive process standardisation across CMOs and licensing partners, and partner with SRMs, Quality, and Procurement to deliver reliable supply and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 15+ years in supply chain management.
• Proven leadership experience overseeing global teams.
• Strong track record in operational execution and performance management.
• Experience with SAP, digital tools, analytics and automation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end order management and product supply for existing and launch portfolio.
• Drive standardized ways of working across CMOs and licensing partners.
• Use dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Lead cost, quality, and compliance targets with a focus on GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with SRMs, Quality, MS&T, Procurement and Business Operations.
