Job summary
PaymentGenes is seeking an entrepreneurial Director to lead a portfolio of strategic consulting engagements across Europe. You will own both the commercial success and delivery excellence, building trusted relationships with senior executives and shaping the growth of the consultancy.
You will originate new business, oversee complex engagements, mentor consultants, and contribute to market expansion while collaborating with leadership.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of consulting experience in Payments, FinTech or Financial Services.
- Proven ability to independently generate new consulting business.
- Experience leading complex strategy, innovation or transformation projects for executives.
Responsibilities
- Own commercial success and delivery excellence of your client portfolio.
- Build relationships with C-level executives and originate new opportunities.
- Lead proposal process from conversations to negotiations and signing.
- Grow long-term client relationships with strategic support opportunities.
- Develop strategic account plans for key clients and prospects.
- Represent PaymentGenes at conferences and events.
- Guide teams through complex payments strategy and go-to-market projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
