Job summary

PaymentGenes is seeking an entrepreneurial Director who will own the commercial success and delivery excellence of a diverse client portfolio across payments, FinTech and financial services. You will lead strategic engagements, originate new consulting opportunities, oversee execution and mentor a growing team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting experience, with a demonstrable track record of originating and leading strategic consulting engagements within Payments, FinTech or Financial Services.
• Proven ability to independently generate new consulting business and grow strategic client relationships.
• Experience leading complex strategy, innovation or transformation projects for executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial success and delivery excellence of your client portfolio across payments, FinTech and financial services.
• Originate new consulting opportunities, oversee strategic engagements and contribute to the growth of PaymentGenes.
• Provide executive-level guidance, lead teams, and mentor consultants toward high performance.
