Job summary

Rituals is seeking a Director of Product to lead an enterprise-wide transformation from project-driven delivery to outcome-based product ownership. You will shape the future operating model, partner with senior leaders, and build a high-performance Product organisation that enables empowered teams and measurable value across the business.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior Product leadership roles within organisations that have adopted a product-oriented operating model.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale organisational transformation, especially from project-based to product-led approaches.
• Strong experience building and developing Product leadership and coaching senior Product professionals.
• Demonstrated success partnering with Engineering and Business leaders to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead through significant transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation from a project-oriented delivery model towards a mature, outcome-driven Product organisation with clear ownership and measurable value creation.
• Develop Product leadership capabilities across Value Streams, Product Leads, Product Owners and Product Management communities with a culture of coaching and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture and Business leadership to establish empowered multidisciplinary teams around customer journeys and strategic outcomes.
• Drive product strategy, prioritisation, investment decisions and value measurement, focusing on high-impact opportunities.
• Contribute to the design and evolution of the Rituals Product Operating Model for greater organisational effectiveness and scalability.
