PA Consulting is expanding its Operations & Improvement capability in the Netherlands. We seek a Managing Consultant (Director) to lead client engagements in the Consumer & Manufacturing sector, building trusted relationships and delivering tangible operational impact.

Based primarily on client sites in Utrecht, you will oversee end-to-end improvement programs, drive cost reduction, and grow key accounts, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to thought leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• 8+ years in operations, process improvement, or related consulting roles.
• Proven track record leading complex transformation initiatives with benefit realisation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at all levels.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.
• Experience with consumer and manufacturing industries.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex operational improvement engagements across key client accounts, ensuring high-quality outcomes and measurable benefits.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on operational excellence, cost optimisation, supply chain performance, and process improvement.
• Diagnose current performance, identify opportunities, and design pragmatic, data-driven initiatives.
• Define and deliver end-to-end improvements across operating models, processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Own and grow key client accounts, shaping roadmaps and driving account development.
• Support business development, including proposal development and client presentations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
