Job summary

The Headhunter Group is seeking a Corporate Development M&A Director to own the full deal lifecycle, from target identification through due diligence, valuation and closing; to help build a scalable M&A engine for the company’s consolidation strategy across the digital infrastructure sector.

You will work closely with the CEO, CFO and Board on multi-year buy-and-build initiatives within a Pan-European platform backed by Private Equity.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in M&A, corporate development, IB or PE relevant to TMT or infrastructure
• Strong financial modeling, valuation and negotiation skills
• Track record leading PE-backed buy-and-build transactions
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or German a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Identify, screen and prioritize acquisition targets and maintain a live deal pipeline
• Lead transaction execution, including valuation, due diligence coordination and negotiation
• Build financial models and investment cases to support Board and Investment Committee decisions
• Engage with CEO, CFO and Board; coordinate with Private Equity sponsor and external advisers

The Headhunter Group is looking for a Corporate Development M&A Director to join a fast-growing, Private Equity -Backed Digital Infrastructure company. This is a great opportunity to be involved in the growth agenda of a Pan-European Infrastructure platform, working closely with the CEO,CFO and Board on a multi-year buy-and-build strategy.

Job Description

As Corporate Development M&A Director, you wil own the full deal lifecycle. From target identification through due diligence, valuation, negotiation and closing; helping to build a scalable M&A engine that supports the company's consolidation strategy across the digital infrastructure sector.

Responsibilities

As Corporate Development M&A Director, you are responsible for:

• Identifying, screening and prioritizing acquisition targets and maintaining a live deal pipeline.
• Leading transaction execution, including valuation, due diligence coordination and negotiation
• Building financial models and investment cases to support Board and Investment Committee decisions
• CEO, CFO and Board
• Private Equity sponsor and external advisors (banks, lawyers, consultants)

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role has:

• 8-12+ years of experience in M&A, Corporate Development, Investment Banking or Private Equity, ideally in TMT or infrastructure
• Strong financial modeling, valuation and negotiation skills
• A track record of leading transactions in a PE-backed, buy-and-build environment
• Fluent in English, Dutch and/or German is a strong plus
