Job summary

Autodesk seeks a Director of Forma Industry Strategy to drive the strategy for Forma Industry Cloud and lead its GTM. You will guide pricing, packaging, and adoption decisions while coordinating with product, sales, and marketing across Europe and the US.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, go-to-market, product, or management consulting, with near to AEC industry experience
• Proven track record leading teams and shaping strategy delivering measurable results
• Deep understanding of AEC workflows and digital transformation opportunities
• Experience representing a product or company externally with customers, analysts, and at events
• Strong command of data and AI-enabled tools to generate insights for decisions
• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy for the Forma Industry Cloud and its GTM direction
• Leverage data and AI tools to translate signals into a clear point of view
• Guide pricing, packaging, portfolio clarity, and adoption decisions
• Build briefs and recommendations to help leadership decisions
• Be an evangelist for Forma inside Autodesk and externally with customers
• Collaborate with product to shape roadmap using market insights
• Align senior stakeholders across product, sales, marketing, and customer success
• Establish operating rhythm to keep strategy, messaging, and field execution connected
