Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Director, Forma Design Industry Strategy to drive the strategy for the Forma Industry Cloud and lead its go-to-market direction. This role calls for a strong strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and work across Europe and the US time zones.

You will draw on qualitative and quantitative data to capture insights and translate them into a clear point of view on where Forma should go and why, while evangelizing the platform to customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, GTM, product or management consulting, with AEC exposure.
• Proven track record leading teams and shaping strategy with measurable impact.
• Deep understanding of AEC workflows and digital transformation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy for Forma Industry Cloud and its GTM direction, setting priorities.
• Turn market signals into a clear point of view and drive adoption across functions.
• Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and industry leadership to align execution.
• Be a strong evangelist for Forma inside Autodesk and externally with customers.
