Job summary

The Hoxton Amsterdam is seeking a Director of Operations – Food & Beverage to be the right hand of the General Manager. You will oversee all F&B strategy, brand standards, and commercial initiatives across Bar & Lobby, Restaurant, and events spaces, shaping the guest experience and driving growth.

You will lead a large, engaged team, manage costs and inventory, and partner with department heads to deliver a cohesive operation that aligns with Ennismore’s lifestyle brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a food and beverage management/director role.
• Multi-outlet budgeting and forecasting experience; clear understanding of financial expectations of a restaurant and bar business.
• Strong leadership to mentor department heads and manage large teams in a fast-paced, commercial environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, train and develop a dynamic team across multiple F&B outlets.
• Drive revenue through daily coaching and strategic management of commercial initiatives.
• Maintain P&L discipline, control costs and ensure high quality guest experiences.
• Coordinate with General Manager and other department heads to ensure smooth operations.
