Job summary

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in automotive engineering with a focus on CMS, imaging, and ADAS.
• Minimum 5 years in a technical leadership role within a global automotive organization.
• Strong understanding of sensor + optics integration, ISP tuning, and HDR imaging.
• Knowledge of automotive development methodologies and core tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams in development of next-generation Camera Mirror Systems.
• Define camera product line strategy and execute according to plan.
• Monitor project progress, ensure targets for budget and quality are met.
• Translate technical solutions into business value for customers.
