Job summary

Netflix is seeking a highly experienced HR Director to join the EMEA Talent team in Amsterdam. You will be a trusted advisor to regional leaders, balancing strategic partnership with hands-on HR leadership and leading a team of three HRBPs.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Inclusion & Diversity, Compensation & Employee Programs, and other teams to translate business goals into HR strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR leadership in a highly matrixed, global org.
• Experience across multiple countries and functions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and prioritize initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business and HR concepts with problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to regional leaders and lead the HRBP team.
• Translate business goals into HR strategies and people priorities.
• Partner with GBPs and GBP teams to drive talent initiatives across the region.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, terminations, and leaves in partnership with Legal and ER teams.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and US-based HQ partners.
• Champion inclusion and diversity across Talent programs and operations.
