Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience in digital asset operations, post-trade, or delivery within financial market infrastructure.
• Track record of taking complex platforms live, spanning delivery and steady-state operations.
• Knowledge of distributed ledger technology and tokenisation; understand asset and settlement lifecycles.
• Comfort in a regulated setting, with awareness of suitable regulatory regimes.
• Experience in senior management accountability and governance, including policy decisions and risk reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management across internal functions and external counterparties.
• Excellent judgement under pressure and incident-management instincts.

Responsibilities

• Own go-live readiness across the firm's digital asset workstreams, including scaling readiness as volumes grow.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing design, execution and sign-off.
• Track deliverables and dependencies across internal teams and external parties.
• Manage upgrade, penetration test and change planning with operational readiness.
• Stand up and run day-to-day operating procedures for the platform once live.
• Act as operational owner for first-line support and incident coordination.
• Oversee onboarding of participants and clients and establish governance controls.
• Provide reporting to the Board on performance, risks, and remediation.
