Job summary

Versuni is seeking an experienced Product Manager to shape category strategy, partnering with R&D, design, and marketing to deliver innovative consumer-focused products. You’ll own business cases, guide value propositions, and collaborate across global teams.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, market analysis, and lifecycle management in a dynamic, international environment with flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in product management
• Proven experience managing projects, budgets, timelines, and risks
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or related field, possibly engineering
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Strong communicator, capable of working and influencing cross-functional teams
• Experience or strong affinity with technology-intensive or complex innovation programs is a plus
• Affinity with food, cooking, and consumer food preparation trends is highly desirable; understanding diverse culinary traditions is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Support development of product category strategy by analyzing consumer insights, market dynamics, and competitors
• Define portfolio gaps, size opportunities, and feed the innovation roadmap
• Collaborate with Product Project Managers on development projects and represent consumer needs
• Develop consumer-centric, differentiating, and compelling value propositions
• Create and own the project business case to evaluate revenue, profitability, and ROI
• Brief marketing and design teams to ensure consistent consumer-centric representation across touchpoints
• Conduct post-launch analyses to sharpen portfolio competitiveness
• Monitor market performance and optimize product range; manage lifecycle activities and end-of-life planning
