Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals seeks an experienced Director – Category Manager EXM-Biologics (BIO) to own category strategies and deliver value across the externally manufactured BIO network. You will collaborate with Strategic Sourcing, External Manufacturing, Quality, and other stakeholders to drive strategic procurement outcomes.

This role requires hands-on leadership in an evolving procurement landscape, with strong category management expertise, supplier engagement, and the ability to define

Qualifications

• Experience in Category Management or Strategic Sourcing within regulated industries.
• Experience managing External Manufacturing (EXM), CMO/CDMO partnerships, or strategic supplier relationships.
• Strong sourcing, negotiations, and cross-functional project leadership.
• Deep knowledge of biologics manufacturing and biopharma supply chains is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own BIO categories and act as Teva's category SME.
• Develop category strategies and 3–5 year roadmaps with cost-savings targets.
• Lead RFx activities, negotiations, and contract alignment.
• Define supplier management strategies and drive performance.
• Collaborate with External Manufacturing and other functions to align on needs.
• Track category performance and value delivery; report progress.
• Drive adoption of category tools and process improvements.
