Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking a Microsoft 365 IT Specialist in Veghel to join the Workplace & Identity team. You will design, implement, and optimise Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions across a global organisation, focusing on Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.

In an Agile SAFe environment, you will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to evolve governance, security, and information management while driving user adoption and automation with PowerShell and the Power Platform.

Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft 365 governance, permissions, security, and information management.
Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
Strong communication skills and documentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimise Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
Support governance, security, compliance, access management, and lifecycle management.
Drive adoption through guidance, documentation, and best practices.
Identify improvements from usage data, incidents, and stakeholder feedback.
Use PowerShell and Power Platform to automate processes.
Collaborate with Identity, Security, and IT teams to deliver secure solutions.
Contribute to roadmap planning and backlog refinement in SAFe/Agile settings.
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration services.
SharePoint architecture knowledge and information management principles.
