Job summary

WWF-NL is seeking a Business Analyst to drive digital transformation, linking business needs with technology solutions and organisational goals. You will facilitate change, engage stakeholders, and guide projects from concept to delivery while promoting responsible AI adoption within the NGO.

You collaborate with diverse teams across WWF-NL to optimise processes, align with governance, and ensure user-centric outcomes. Fluency in English and Dutch, and a passion for nature, are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in change management or similar role.
• Experience delivering data-driven/IT projects, preferably in NGO/SME.
• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe and traditional project delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
