Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Approximately 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Information Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with user stories, backlog management, and refinement sessions.
• Experience with process modeling, BPM, UML, workflows, or similar methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex information and communicate clearly to diverse audiences.
• Collaborative mindset with stakeholders, users, and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, systems, and information needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear requirements, user stories, and functional designs.
• Help stakeholders clarify objectives, priorities, and expectations.
• Support stakeholders in making informed decisions and driving improvement initiatives.
• Assist teams in optimizing processes and implementing digital solutions.
• Map processes, information flows, and dependencies using models and workflows.
• Manage and structure requirements and product backlogs.
• Support teams in refining requirements for functional and technical clarity.
• Contribute ideas for improving existing systems and processes.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues on change initiatives and digital transformation projects.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within projects and teams.
