Responsibilities

• Lead the optimisation and redesign of the Asset Life Cycle process.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and document the project approach in an actionable plan.
• Manage planning, resources, and budgets for digital initiatives.
• Organise and lead the project team.
• Support change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of process and system changes.
• Oversee the implementation partner, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Identify, coordinate, and resolve risks and issues, escalating to the steering committee when necessary.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a project manager, with a track record of delivering complex projects.
• Proven experience in process and system change management, including familiarity with the Prosci ADKAR methodology.
• Strong knowledge of traditional project management methods (PMI, PRINCE2) and agile/DevOps practices.
• Experience with SAP, ERP systems and system integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
