Job summary

Impress is seeking a Dental Assistant to support doctors and enhance patient experiences across our high-tech clinics. You will manage the daily flow, perform 3D intraoral scans, X-rays, and sterilization, and coordinate material prep in our paperless environment.

Responsibilities

• Clinical support: perform 3D scans, X-rays, hygiene care, sterilization, and prep materials.
• Patient operations: greet patients, explain procedures, and manage digital records.
• Clinic management: support front desk tasks and ensure smooth doctor-patient flow.
• Quality standards: maintain high standards, show initiative, and continuously improve processes.
• Technical proficiency: work with EMRs, intra-oral scanners, X-ray equipment and digital files.
• Work authorization: valid permit for the country of operation and compliance with healthcare laws.
• Hard skills: accurate typing and clear written communication.
• Physical demands: stand for long periods, handle instruments, lift up to 45 lbs.
• Mobility & availability: travel between clinics and flexibility for schedule including nights/weekends.
• Communication: fluent English; Dutch a plus.
• Teamwork & mindset: collaborative, empathetic, adaptable to change.

You are responsible for the daily flow of the clinic, from mastering 3D intraoral scanning to maintaining our high clinical standards. How you'll have impact

• Clinical Excellence: Perform 3D scans, X-rays, oral hygiene, sterilization of instruments, and coordinate material preparation.
• Patient Operations: Lead patient reception, articulate treatment procedures, and ensure accuracy of clinical data in our digital systems.
• Clinic Management: Support front desk duties, daily management tasks, and maintain a seamless flow between doctor and patient.
• Quality Standard: Deliver "Impressive" results through self-motivation, leading by example and continuous improvement.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience working with EMRs, X-rays, intra-oral scanners, and digital file management.
• Work Authorization: Valid work permit for the country of operation and full compliance with all dental healthcare laws.
• Hard Skills: Proficient typing (40 words per minute) and strong written communication.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for 8 hours, coordinate movement of small instruments, and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Mobility & Availability: Ability to travel between clinic locations and work a flexible schedule (including nights, holidays, and weekends) based on business needs.
• Communication: We require fluency in English to communicate internally with the team. Fluency in Dutch language is a plus.
