WOW Business Consulting SRL in Amsterdam/ Utrecht/ Groningen is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to be the heart of the clinic, greeting patients and preparing rooms for transformative dental treatments. You will assist the dentist, set up materials, and maintain sterile environments to ensure top care.

Fluency in English is required and Dutch is a plus; previous patient-care experience is valued, and comfort with common software is expected.

Qualifications

• You have previous experience in caring for patients.
• Experience in the dental sector is a huge advantage!
• You have top-notch communication skills, both spoken and written.
• You have a friendly attitude and strong organizational talents.
• You are tech-savvy and comfortable using common software.
• You are fluent in English; Dutch proficiency is a great plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and getting them ready for their amazing transformation.
• Preparing the treatment rooms so they are perfectly ready for use.
• Setting up dental materials and instruments for the dentist.
• Providing side-by-side assistance to the dentist during treatments.
• Keeping everything sparkling through professional cleaning and sterilization.
• Disinfecting treatment areas and handling instruments with expert care.
• Managing the clinic’s schedule, appointments, and services.
• Performing 3D scans under supervision and maintaining patient records.
• Handling various administrative and office tasks to keep things running smoothly.
