Job summary

Impress is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our high-tech, paperless clinics across Europe. You’ll support doctors, manage daily clinic flow, perform 3D intraoral scans, X-rays, sterilization, and material prep to ensure a smooth patient journey.

Fluent English is required, Dutch is a plus. You’ll lead patient reception, maintain accurate clinical data in our digital systems, and collaborate with an energetic international team in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with EMRs, intra-oral scanners, X-rays.
• Able to stand 8 hours and lift up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform 3D scans, X-rays, oral hygiene, sterilization of instruments, and material preparation.
• Lead patient reception, articulate treatment procedures, and ensure accuracy of clinical data in our digital systems.
• Support front desk tasks and maintain clinic workflow between doctor and patient.

How you'll have impact

• Clinical Excellence: Perform 3D scans, X-rays, oral hygiene, sterilization of instruments, and coordinate material preparation.
• Patient Operations: Lead patient reception, articulate treatment procedures, and ensure accuracy of clinical data in our digital systems.
• Clinic Management: Support front desk duties, daily management tasks, and maintain a seamless flow between doctor and patient.
• Quality Standard: Deliver "Impressive" results through self-motivation, leading by example and continuous improvement.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience working with EMRs, X-rays, intra-oral scanners, and digital file management.
• Work Authorization: Valid work permit for the country of operation and full compliance with all dental healthcare laws.
• Hard Skills: Proficient typing (40 words per minute) and strong written communication.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for 8 hours, coordinate movement of small instruments, and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Mobility & Availability: Ability to travel between clinic locations and work a flexible schedule (including nights, holidays, and weekends) based on business needs.
• Communication: We require fluency in English to communicate internally with the team. Fluency in Dutch language is a plus.
