Job summary

Impress is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced, high-tech clinics in the Netherlands. You will manage daily clinic flow, perform 3D intraoral scans and X-rays, and ensure sterile, accurate records in our digital systems.

We value English communication, teamwork, and a proactive attitude. Candidates must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, across multiple clinic locations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a dental setting assisting dental professionals.
• Proficient in EMR systems, X-rays, intra-oral scanners, and digital file management.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Valid work permit for the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Perform 3D scans, X-rays, hygiene support, sterilization.
• Lead patient reception, articulate treatment procedures, and ensure accuracy of clinical data in our digital systems.
• Support front desk duties and daily clinic management for a seamless patient flow.
• Maintain high-quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement.

How You'll Have Impact

• Clinical Excellence: Perform 3D scans, X-rays, oral hygiene, sterilization of instruments, and coordinate material preparation.
• Patient Operations: Lead patient reception, articulate treatment procedures, and ensure accuracy of clinical data in our digital systems.
• Clinic Management: Support front desk duties, daily management tasks, and maintain a seamless flow between doctor and patient.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: Prior experience in a dental setting assisting dental professionals.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience working with EMRs, X-rays, intra-oral scanners, and digital file management.
• Work Authorization: Valid work permit for the country of operation and full compliance with all dental healthcare laws.
• Hard Skills: Proficient typing (40 words per minute) and strong written communication.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for 8 hours, coordinate movement of small instruments, and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Mobility & Availability: Ability to travel between clinic locations and work a flexible schedule (including nights, holidays, and weekends) based on business needs.
• Communication: We require fluency in English to communicate internally with the team. Fluency in Dutch language is a plus.
• Teamwork & Mindset: Collaborative, empathetic, and positive attitude; adaptable to a constantly evolving environment.
