Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in digital media, ideally in an agency
• Hands-on with paid social (Meta, TikTok and/or LinkedIn), YouTube and Display (DV360 and/or GDN)
• Proficient in data and performance reporting, including Excel and dashboards
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with colleagues and clients
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Deliver campaigns across YouTube, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Display
• Translate client objectives into media plans and recommendations
• Monitor performance, identify opportunities and contribute to client discussions
• Collaborate with strategists, analytics, creatives and client leads
• Own deliverables from start to finish and continually improve processes
• Pursue learning through dentsu Academy and platform certifications
