This position requires an organised, proactive individual who can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

As a Brand Ambassador, this role will create engaging, on-brand content for social media platforms, company website and intranet, maintaining a consistent posting schedule, and interacting with followers to build community engagement and brand loyalty. Strong communication skills, creativity, and a genuine passion for the brand are essential to representing the company authentically both online and in person

Required Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand
  • Strong written communication skills and an eye for visual content
  • Familiarity with scheduling/analytics tools
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g. Canva) an advantage
  • Experience updating and maintaining a website or intranet via a CMS (e.g. WordPress, SharePoint).
  • Understanding of SEO and social media algorithms
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple platforms, and meet deadlines
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Knowledge of brand guideline development and enforcement
  • Background in customer service or community management
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for minor website edits
  • Experience organising intranet content structure for internal communications
Key Attributes
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Naturally curious about the organisation — asks questions, seeks out teams, and digs for stories rather than waiting for content to be handed over
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Strong sense of judgement around brand voice and public-facing content
  • Open, honest and trustworthy.
  • Coming to work with a positive attitude
  • Respect and understanding for local cultural differences.
  • Self motivated, resourceful and able to work proactively.
  • Adaptable to change.
  • Excellent timekeeping, attendance and punctuality.
  • Genuine interest in personal development
  • A brand ambassador.
  • A customer-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Proactively look inward across the organisation to identify stories, projects, milestones, and everyday activity worth turning into content — this is a core, ongoing part of the role, not a one-off task
  • Build relationships with teams and departments to stay close to what’s happening internally, so content ideas are sourced from the business itself rather than waiting to be told what to post
  • Plan and maintain a content calendar across platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) IM
  • Create, schedule, and publish posts, including copy, images, and short-form video.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, on-brand manner
  • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and report monthly insights
  • Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices, adapting strategy accordingly
  • Maintain brand consistency (tone, visuals, messaging) across all channels
  • Day-to-day responsibility for the company website and intranet, including publishing news, company documentation and content updates, and ensuring content stays current and on-brand.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for company documentation uploads to the intranet/website and ensuring requests follow company approval processes.
  • Create and distribute the company newsletter, sourcing content, drafting copy, and coordinating input from other teams
  • Lead or support regular internal communications (“mini comms”) meetings to align messaging and gather content across departments
  • Take day-to-day responsibility for the dedicated communications inbox, monitoring, responding to, and triaging queries in a timely manner
  • Assist with crisis or reputation management for social channels, escalating issues as needed
  • Keep up to date with relevant advertising standards and platform policies
  • Provide cover for other colleagues in the event of an absence and provide a thorough handover of duties to a nominated colleague during periods of your own absence.
  • Any other reasonable task requested to meet the needs of the department and wider business – we are seeking someone flexible who is happy to help, learn and grow
