High on Digitals is growing, and we are looking for a freelance Junior Social Media Manager to support our team with managing client accounts, creating content, designing social media visuals, and keeping social media pages active, organized, and on-brand.
As our Junior Social Media Manager, you will help with content planning, caption writing, Canva designs, scheduling posts, preparing stories, and supporting the day-to-day management of client accounts. You will work closely with the team to bring ideas to life and make sure each client’s social media presence feels consistent, clear, and aligned with their brand.
This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working on different brands at the same time. You do not need years of experience, but you do need to understand social media, enjoy creating content, and be willing to take feedback, improve your work, and grow within a creative agency environment.
You will support the daily social media work for different High on Digitals clients. This includes helping with content calendars, creating post ideas, writing captions, designing posts in Canva, preparing stories, scheduling content, and keeping track of what needs to be published.
You will also help manage client accounts by checking pages, organizing content, preparing drafts, and making sure each post fits the brand’s tone, visual direction, and goals. You may also support with content creation days, photo and video ideas, behind-the-scenes content, and basic editing when needed.
You are the person who helps keep the social media process moving, makes sure content is prepared on time, and brings creative input to the team.
We are looking for someone who enjoys social media and understands how brands show up online. You have a creative eye, but you also understand that consistency, planning, and structure are just as important as good ideas.
You are comfortable creating content for different types of businesses and can switch between different brand styles without losing focus. You are open to feedback, willing to learn, and able to improve your work based on direction from the team.
You do not need to know everything yet, but you do need to be proactive, curious, organized, and willing to take ownership of your tasks.
