Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business.
• Strong written communication and eye for visuals.
• Familiar with scheduling and analytics tools.
• Experience with Canva for basic graphics.
• CMS experience (WordPress or SharePoint) for updating intranet/website.
• Understanding of SEO and social media algorithms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify stories and milestones to turn into content.
• Build relationships with teams to source content.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar across platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish posts with copy, images, and short-form video.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely, on-brand manner.
• Track engagement metrics and provide monthly insights.
• Maintain brand consistency across channels.
• Manage company website and intranet content updates.
• Coordinate internal comms and share updates via newsletters.
• Support crisis/reputation management for social channels.
• Keep up to date with advertising standards and platform policies.
