Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Leiden, NL is seeking a Digital Integrator, Material Management to lead the end-to-end digital material management strategy across Cell & Gene Therapy and Biologics Advanced Development. You will own system integrations and data governance across SAP, MES, ELN, LIMS, BIOVIA, and related platforms.

You will collaborate with scientists, manufacturing, QA, logistics, and IT to ensure traceability, compliant reporting, and data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in life sciences, engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences environments.
• Experience integrating execution systems such as MES, ELN, LIMS, BIOVIA, and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain material management digital strategy for CGT.
• Establish data ownership across SAP, MES, ELN, BIOVIA, and LIMS.
• Partner with functions to ensure compliance for material management digital processes.
• Design and implement cross-system material workflows with minimal manual handoffs.
• Drive data governance and ontology to ensure traceability across systems.
