Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Leiden seeks a Digital Integrator, Plant Execution Systems, to drive digital manufacturing initiatives across MES, OSI-PI, and LIMS. You will embed ontology, ensure data quality, and lead data-driven improvements through collaboration with manufacturing, quality, and IT teams.

Lead digital transformation projects, optimize analytics, and enable scalable digital operations in a GMP environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, biotechnology, CS, life sciences or related discipline.
Minimum 8–10 years in pharmaceutical/biotech/manufacturing environments.
Experience with MES and OSI-PI.
Experience supporting digital manufacturing or OT solutions.
Understanding of GxP and data integrity requirements.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills.
Proven in digital transformation or business process improvement.

Responsibilities

Serve as the digital representative for Plant Execution Systems within CGT.
Align plant execution capabilities with Digital, Automation, and TDS Digital strategies.
Embed ontology into execution systems (MES, OSI-PI, LIMS).
Represent digital team in Operations planning and governance.
Improve visualization and reporting capabilities.
Drive MES deployment and adoption with high data quality.
