Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Leiden is hiring a Digital Integrator – Material Management to lead digital strategy across SAP, MES, ELN, BIOVIA and LIMS. You will align material definitions, identifiers, specs, status, inventories and genealogy, ensuring governance and traceability across the product lifecycle.

The role focuses on reducing manual reconciliation, improving inventory visibility and enabling analytics, AI and end-to-end traceability in a GMP environment with collaboration across CGT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical/life sciences environments.
• Experience with MES, ELN, LIMS, BIOVIA, and SAP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain material management digital strategy for CGT across SAP, MES, ELN, BIOVIA and LIMS.
• Design and implement cross-system material workflows, ensuring data ownership, governance, and traceability.
• Drive adoption and value realization of digital capabilities across sites, coordinating training and procedures.
