Qualifications

A creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Learning & Development team. This role will support the promotion of internal training programs, employee development initiatives, and L&D branding across digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote L&D courses, workshops, and events
• Create engaging content (emails, newsletters, intranet posts, social-style updates) to drive employee participation
• Manage L&D communications and internal collaboration platforms
• Design promotional materials (graphics, videos, presentations) for training initiatives
• Track engagement metrics and report on campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate with L&D trainers and HR to align messaging
• Maintain and update L&D branding guidelines and templates

Qualifications

• Qualification in Digital marketing, internal communications, or a related field
• Strong writing and content creation skills
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and email marketing platforms
• Experience with analytics tools to measure campaign performance
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Prior experience in corporate L&D or HR environments is a plus
