Job summary

Picnic Technologies seeks a Digital Learning Administrator to maintain the Picnic Academy LMS and deliver scalable learning for 20,000+ staff and 500+ leaders across the Netherlands, Germany, and France.

You will manage access, build content, run analytics in Tableau, and collaborate with IT, HR and Security to ensure secure, reliable learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (HR, EdTech, Information Systems or similar).
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience managing and administering an LMS or HR platform.
• Technical savvy: strong grasp of system integrations, content access automations, and data analytics.
• Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Tableau.
• Fluency in English; Dutch, German, and/or French is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Access & permissions: Manage user access integrations to guarantee smooth onboarding, role-based access, and automated content triggers.
• Content architecture: Build and maintain a scalable content library with clear naming conventions and version control across languages.
• Technical maintenance & security: Resolve open tech support tickets, serve as primary point of contact for the LMS provider, and handle bug escalation processes.
• Operational analytics: Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to track completion rates, deliver stakeholder reporting, and translate learning data into insights.
• Self-service & enablement: Train the wider L&D team and stakeholders to manage basic LMS operations.
• Platform innovation: Implement new initiatives to improve learner experience and automate processes.

At Picnic, we are revolutionizing the grocery industry with our innovative, app-only service. As the technical backbone of our digital learning infrastructure, you will ensure our 20,000+ operational employees and 500+ leaders have seamless, secure, and reliable access to the training they need. You’ll keep our LMS (the Picnic Academy) running like clockwork while creating engaging content and supporting platform innovation to optimize learner experience across all markets (the Netherlands, Germany, and France).

Tricks of the trade

Maintains learning platform and innovates for optimal learner experience (70%)

• Access & permissions: Manage user access integrations (partnering with Tech teams) to guarantee smooth onboarding, role-based access, and automated content triggers
• Content architecture: Build and maintain a scalable content library with clear naming conventions and version control across languages to prevent content clutter.
• Technical maintenance & security: Resolve open tech support tickets, serve as primary point of contact for the LMS provider, and handle bug escalation processes.
• Operational analytics: Build and maintain (Tableau) dashboards to track completion rates, deliver periodic stakeholder reporting, and translate learning data into actionable business insights.
• Self-service & enablement: Empower the wider L&D team and operational stakeholders through practical training, toolkits, and hands‑on guidance to manage basic LMS operations.
• Platform innovation: Implement new platform initiatives to improve the learner experience and automate system processes to reduce manual labor.

Updates & creates digital content (30%)

• Content creation: Lead small projects for engaging digital content creation in close collaboration with operational colleagues.
• Platform updates: Upload, test, and publish updated content, assets, and learning paths, ensuring a seamless learning experience.

We’re looking for

• Finished Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in HR, EdTech, Information Systems, or Business Management)
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience managing and administering an LMS or HR platform
• Technical savvy: Strong grasp of system integrations, content access automations, and data analytics
• Experience with data visualization tools (preferably Tableau)
• Fluency in English; Dutch, German, and/or French is a strong plus
• Highly structured, detail‑oriented problem solver who loves streamlining platform workflows
• Strong connector who effectively collaborates with Operational colleagues, HR/Workday, IT, and Security teams
