Riverflex invites a curious Digital Consulting Intern to join a 6-month program in our Amsterdam-scale-up. You will work closely with our consultants on live client projects and internal initiatives, gaining exposure to how a digital transformation consultancy operates and owning parts of the work you deliver.

You’ll collaborate across teams, use AI tools to derive insights, and grow professionally while contributing to strategy and development efforts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• University enrollment for the full internship is required.
• Available 32 hours per week (ideally 40).
• English communication is essential; Dutch is a plus.
• Interest in AI and willingness to work with AI tools.

Your role as Digital Consulting Intern

We’re looking for a curious, hands‑on intern to join us for a 6‑month internship in a rapid‑growth scale‑up environment. You’ll work closely with our consultants on live client projects and internal initiatives, getting real exposure to how a digital transformation consultancy operates - and real ownership over the work you deliver.

What you’ll be working on

• Supporting real client projects with blue‑chip companies, contributing to the same workstreams as our consultants
• Conducting market and industry research, competitive analysis and benchmarking to inform client recommendations
• Building data visualisations and analysis that bring strategic insights to life
• Contributing to strategy creation, from framing problems to shaping recommendations
• Applying the latest AI tools to real business challenges alongside the team
• Taking on strategic internal work, shaping internal processes, implementation plans and business development efforts

You’ll have the opportunity to both lead and support workstreams, with a coach checking in with you across concrete milestones along the way.

Who you are

• You’re a strategic thinker, conceptually and practically, who challenges the status quo and finds ways to improve things.
• You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy being challenged.
• You’re a curious self‑starter who wants a hands‑on role and loves digging deep into new topics.
• You’re genuinely interested in AI and applied AI, and enjoy experimenting with new tools.
• Relevant work experience, such as a previous internship in a related field, is highly preferred.
• You communicate excellently in English; Dutch is a plus.
• You’re enrolled at a university for the full internship and available at least 32 hours a week (ideally 40).

• 800€/month compensation
• Hybrid work: Home, client, or office. At least 2 days a week at the office
