Are you passionate about digital solutions and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're looking for a Digital Color Test & Support Champion to help drive the quality, reliability, and success of our digital color solutions.

In this role, you’ll play a key part throughout the software lifecycle, from testing and validation to deployment and customer support. Working closely with product, technology, and business teams, you’ll help ensure our solutions meet the highest quality standards while supporting users worldwide.

What you'll do
  • Develop and implement structured testing approaches to ensure product quality and reliability.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor testing activities, identifying issues early and supporting timely resolution.
  • Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and best practices.
Enhance customer support excellence
  • Help design and optimize support processes that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Investigate, manage, and resolve customer issues, including complex escalations when required.
  • Drive continuous improvements in support workflows and service delivery.
Validate releases and solutions
  • Reproduce reported issues, validate fixes, and perform regression and release testing.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders throughout development and release cycles.
  • Ensure solutions are thoroughly tested and ready for successful deployment.
Build knowledge and enable success
  • Maintain and continuously improve knowledge articles, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and user documentation.
  • Ensure issues, test results, and resolutions are accurately documented and shared.
  • Support knowledge transfer across teams to improve efficiency and consistency.
Use insights to improve performance
  • Monitor and analyse performance indicators related to product quality and support effectiveness.
  • Leverage customer feedback and data-driven insights to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Collaborate across functions
  • Work closely with colleagues across Product, Technology, Commercial, and Customer Support teams.
  • Align priorities, share expertise, and contribute to delivering seamless customer experiences.
Ensure compliance and security
  • Follow internal policies, quality standards, security requirements, and relevant regulations.
  • Support a safe, compliant, and secure way of working.
What you'll bring
  • Experience in software testing, technical support, application support, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies, including UAT, regression testing, and solution validation.
  • Experience working with support and ticketing platforms such as Zendesk or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple activities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and international environments is a plus.
