Job Description

Lead a global development team creating innovative automotive color laboratory applications, including color matching, quality control, and color data management. Drive business value through faster time-to-color, improved product development cycles, and enhanced color quality using automation, advanced algorithms, and AI/ML technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global development team designing custom software solutions for automotive color laboratories, including color matching, quality control, and color data management.
• Drive innovation and business value by improving speed to color, reducing development lead times, and enhancing color quality through automation and advanced technologies such as AI and machine learning.
• Define the strategic roadmap for color software, translate business needs into technical solutions, and manage complex global projects across cross-functional teams (R&D, IT, and operations).
• Ensure high-quality system delivery, promote best practices, and continuously optimize processes across the automotive color value chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, STEM, or related field
• Experience in software development and team leadership
• Knowledge of color science and color matching (preferred)
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, JIRA)
