Job summary

Lepaya is hiring a DevOps Engineer to help build and maintain the cloud platform powering our learning platform. You will work with our Senior DevOps to secure, scale, and automate infrastructure while enabling Product and Data teams to ship features quickly.

Your experience with AWS, Terraform, CI/CD, and containerized deployments will drive reliable, observable services. Join a collaborative team in a hybrid setup that values learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AWS experience and Terraform proficiency.
• CI/CD pipelines knowledge using GitHub Actions or equivalent.
• Docker and cloud native services (ECS, Lambda, Kubernetes) familiarity.
• Scripting skills in Bash or Python; TypeScript a plus.
• Proactive mindset with automation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve AWS infrastructure with Terraform and IaC.
• Enhance CI/CD with reusable GitHub Actions workflows and self-hosted runners.
• Improve monitoring and observability with Grafana Cloud and OpenTelemetry.
• Develop in-house infrastructure modules for rapid service launches.
• Support AI/data capabilities by expanding AWS/GCP infrastructure.
• Strengthen security through automation and proper identity management.
• Automate repetitive tasks and boost developer experience.
