Job summary

Meet Life Sciences in Utrecht is seeking an experienced Deskside & Audio Visual Support Engineer for an urgent contract opportunity. The role is split 50% Deskside IT support and 50% AV support, delivering hands-on technical assistance across the site.

The position will focus on end-user support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and meeting room AV setups including Teams Rooms. Start early September with a 12-18 month extension potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in deskside IT and AV support.
• Hands-on experience with meeting room tech and video conferencing.
• Ability to configure laptops and desktops and support end users.

Job description

I’m currently looking for an experienced Deskside & Audio Visual Support Engineer for an urgent contract opportunity with a leading international life sciences organisation in Utrecht.

The position is split approximately 50% Deskside IT Support / 50% Audio Visual Support, providing hands-on technical support across the site.

Key responsibilities:

• Deskside IT and end-user support
• Hardware, software, peripheral and connectivity troubleshooting
• Meeting room and video conferencing support
• Microsoft Teams Rooms
• Executive and event AV support
• Laptop, desktop and device configuration

Utrecht, Netherlands - 5 days onsite

Start: Early September

Initial contract through September with potential to extend for 12-18 months

Previous experience across both Deskside IT and Audio Visual support is essential.
