Job summary

Consult is recruiting an Account Manager to own and grow relationships across the Dutch dealer network for a leading international dental equipment manufacturer.

You will be the primary contact for dealers, build tailored sales strategies, and work with universities and tenders. The role involves regular travel across North Holland and collaboration with the dealership ecosystem to drive revenue and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Field sales experience in the dental market.
• Existing relationships within the Dutch dental dealer network are a strong advantage.
• Strong track record of hitting targets and managing complex B2B relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for key dealers and maintain high engagement.
• Develop tailored sales strategies to maximise network potential.
• Support dealers with training, market insights and guidance to achieve targets.
• Present and demonstrate products to customers with dealer reps.
• Manage relationships with universities and tenders via the dealer network.
• Drive network performance to protect and grow revenue.
• Identify new sales opportunities within the network and with potential partners.
• Monitor dealer performance and implement action plans as needed.
• Keep abreast of market trends, customer preferences and competitor activity.
• Contribute to pricing strategies and promotional campaigns for the local market.
