Job summary

3Shape, based in the Netherlands with offices in Haarlem, seeks a Commercial Product Specialist to drive training, demos, and consultancy for resellers, DSOs, and KOLs across the Netherlands. You will travel to client sites and blend office days with remote work, reporting to the Senior Sales Executive.

You will leverage your strong presentation and relationship-building skills, technical CAD/CAM knowledge, and fluency in Dutch and English to translate product functionality into clear customer

Qualifications

• Experience using the 3Shape TRIOS intraoral scanner.
• Experience with dental CAD/CAM and 3Shape hardware and software, including TRIOS and lab solutions.
• Experience as a Product Specialist, Trainer, or Application Specialist within the dental industry is a plus.
• Work experience giving knowledge of dentists and dental technicians.
• Native Dutch speaker with fluent English.
• Willingness to travel and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing training, consultancy, and product demos to 3Shape customers (resellers and/or end users).
• Developing and managing strategic relationships with resellers, DSOs, and KOLs.
• Facilitating understanding and usage of products through classroom training, webinars, and remote training initiatives.
• Participating in trade fairs, congresses, and customer events.
• Identifying and leveraging new business opportunities with resellers.
