3Shape A/S is seeking a Marketing Specialist & Coordinator to join the Nordics & Netherlands team in Haarlem. The role blends marketing coordination (about 80%) with office management (about 20%), focusing on local Dutch market activities and smooth daily operations.

You will localize marketing assets, create materials, plan events, manage logistics, and support the Regional Director with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Academic or vocational background in marketing, business administration, or related field.
• Experience in marketing coordination, commercial support or office management is beneficial.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive mindset.

Responsabilités

• Marketing Coordination – localize assets, create materials, plan events and webinars.
• Office Management – keep the Netherlands office organized and welcoming, handle supplies and admin.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations for the Regional Director and Netherlands office.
