Job summary

ClearCorrect Inc., part of Straumann Group, is seeking an Account Manager Orthodontics to drive commercial growth in the North-East Netherlands. You will build relationships with dental professionals, grow existing customers and promote ClearCorrect and digital workflows.

You will lead territory planning, collaborate with internal teams, and develop opportunities for intraoral scanners and digital dentistry solutions. Fluent Dutch and English are required, along with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or account management in B2B healthcare or dental devices.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with drive to grow new business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with a consultative selling approach.
• Ability to work independently and own your territory.
• Fluency in Dutch and good command of English; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business by approaching high-potential dental practices and orthodontists.
• Grow existing customers and increase use of ClearCorrect.
• Guide new customers in adopting ClearCorrect, collaborating with Inside Sales and Clinical teams.
• Drive digital sales for intraoral scanners and digital workflows (Sirios solutions).
• Own your territory with a commercial plan and sales pipeline; track results.
• Collaborate with ClearCorrect, Implantology, Digital Solutions and Straumann Group teams to deliver value.
