In this role as a Demo Depot Technician, you are responsible for the entire demo request process and handling of returns. From preparation to delivery, you take the lead and ensure that our equipment always arrives in perfect condition or is properly added back into inventory. In doing so, you directly contribute to the high‑quality standards that our customers and we ourselves rely on.

How you do this? As a Demo Depot Technician, you prepare, test, and coordinate demo equipment, from tablets and laptops to desktops and servers, ensuring everything is in perfect order for our customers. Additionally you ensure that returned items are processed correctly and replenished back into stock. You achieve this by:

• Managing and tracking the inventory of demo devices, ensuring accuracy and availability; preparing products for shipment and reintegrating returned items into inventory.
• Supporting logistics tasks, including packing, labeling, and dispatch.
• Organizing and coordinating demo device requests, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Liaising with clients to confirm technical requirements and ensuring proper configuration of demo units, and working closely with internal departments to align on product readiness and availability.
• Performing diagnostics, QA checks, and system configurations, building, configuring, and testing laptops, desktops, servers, and other technical equipment.
• Providing remote and on‑site support during demo activities and client engagements, collaborating with stakeholders and Business Unit seeding owners on demo planning and execution.

You bring

• Proven experience in advanced PC/server builds, including OS installation and customization; knowledge of Intel’s product range is a strong advantage.

• Salary dependent on knowledge and experience, with a maximum of €3,200.00 gross per month, based on 40 hours per week, and 8% holiday allowance.
