DSV – Global transport and logistics in Venray is seeking a Technical Troubleshooter to assemble, test and configure cash-handling machines for European banks and major retail clients. The role focuses on problem-solving, quality checks, and accurate documentation.

Technical Troubleshooter at DSV in Venray

Together with your team of 4 colleagues in the Technical Center, you assemble, test, and configure cash-handling machines for European banks and major retail clients: you’re on it.

How you do this? You focus on problem-solving, process improvement and implementation. You investigate technical issues, perform quality checks and document your findings accurately. You communicate with customers about technical topics and work independently on special production orders. You also handle damages or deviations arising during logistics processes. You achieve this by:

• solving technical issues related to machines, cables, and sensors;
• performing quality checks and documenting your findings clearly;
• executing special production orders and contributing to process improvements;
• maintaining phone and email contact with customers regarding technical matters.
