Demo Depot Technician – DSV – Schiphol

Job Req Number: 117363. Time Type: Full Time.

Responsibilities

In this role as a Demo Depot Technician, you are responsible for the entire demo request process and handling of returns. From preparation to delivery, you take the lead and ensure that our equipment always arrives in perfect condition or is properly added back into inventory. You contribute to our high‑quality standards.

• Managing and tracking the inventory of demo devices, ensuring accuracy and availability. Preparation of products for shipment and reintegrating returned items into inventory.
• Supporting logistics tasks, including packing, labelling, and dispatch.
• Organizing and coordinating demo device requests, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Liaising with clients to confirm technical requirements and ensure proper configuration of demo units and working closely with internal departments to align on product readiness and availability.
• Performing diagnostics, QA checks, and system configurations, build, configure, and test laptops, desktops, servers, and other technical equipment.
• Providing remote and on‑site support during demo activities and client engagements, collaborating with stakeholders and Business Unit seeding owners on demo planning and execution.

• Salary dependent on knowledge and experience, up to €3.200,00 gross per month, based on 40 hours per week, and 8% holiday allowance.
