Resillion is seeking a Delivery Manager for Quality Engineering to lead cross-location delivery across onsite, nearshore, and offshore teams. You will ensure projects meet timelines and budgets while enabling collaboration, growth, and continuous improvement.

You will drive test automation, non-functional testing, and governance to deliver measurable quality across client engagements. Hybrid work setup supported from Hoofddorp, Netherlands.

Role Overview

As a Delivery Manager, you will lead Quality Engineering delivery across onsite, nearshore, and offshore teams. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while supporting strong collaboration, team growth, cost optimization, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue growth opportunities: Partnering with the Sales teams to identify, communicate, strategize and convert growth opportunities within the client environment inc additional work in current departments, work outside current department, competitor unseating and additional innovative resillion solutions.
• Deliver client excellence: Oversee all aspects of project delivery across blended onsite, nearshore and offshore teams, ensuring timely completion, adherence to requirements, and exceeding client expectations. Be the first point of contact for delivery-related concerns and actively manage client relationships.
• Quality Engineering leadership: Shape and govern the quality engineering approach for client engagements, driving test automation (frameworks, CI/CD integration, shift-left practices) and non-functional testing (performance, security, accessibility, resilience) to deliver measurable quality and efficiency gains.
• Distributed delivery model: Define and run the optimal mix of onsite, nearshore and offshore capacity per engagement, including governance, handover processes, knowledge transfer and time-zone coverage, so the client experiences one seamless team.
• Identify and pursue cost-saving opportunities: Identify and implement strategies to reduce overheads and increase margin – such as shifting the right activities to nearshore and offshore delivery centres, optimizing the onsite/offshore ratio, contractor optimization, and automation-driven resource efficiencies.
• Champion continuous improvement: Proactively seek and propose innovative solutions to enhance delivery processes and client experience. Foster a culture of learning and growth within the Delivery Team.
• Collaborative teamwork: Support and mentor Delivery Team members across onsite, nearshore and offshore locations, fostering a high-performing, inclusive and collaborative environment. Drive effective communication and problem-solving across locations, cultures and time zones.
• Data-driven insights: Track and analyze key project metrics, providing regular updates and reports to the Business Manager and stakeholders. Proactively identify risks and opportunities based on data analysis.
• Strong stakeholder engagement: Collaborate closely with the Business Manager to engage with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Address concerns promptly and ensure transparent communication.
• Resillion Champion: Promote Resillion's values and capabilities to both internal and external audiences. Cultivate positive relationships with clients and actively participate in relevant social media channels.
• The Delivery Manager serves as the "eyes and ears" of delivery for the assigned client accounts/sectors, ensuring seamless execution of client delivery needs and consistently (and demonstrably) exceeding expectations.
• You will collaborate closely with the delivery team, spanning onsite, nearshore and offshore locations, to drive excellence across all projects, proactively identify potential roadblocks and opportunities, and work to optimize efficiency and profitability.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in managing project delivery through blended onsite, nearshore and offshore delivery models, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion and seamless collaboration across locations and time zones.
• Proven experience in the field of Quality Engineering, with a strong background in test automation and/or non-functional testing (e.g. performance, security, accessibility).
• Track record of setting up or scaling nearshore/offshore teams, including transition planning, knowledge transfer and delivery governance.
• Strong understanding of cost optimization strategies and ability to implement them effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building trust and collaborating with diverse stakeholders and distributed, multicultural teams.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, open to team-coaching and improvement sharing, allied to a results-oriented mindset.
