Job summary

PREZIS, a Netherlands-based defense technology company, is seeking a Project Manager to lead time-bound initiatives across tenders, deployments and customer deliveries. You will own planning, coordinate System Engineering, R&D, Logistics, and Field & ILS Engineering to meet deadlines and resolve conflicts quickly.

You’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain clear status reporting to leadership, and ensure a single point of contact for each project.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably on complex technical or defense-related projects.
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-growing organization.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Preferred: experience in defence, aerospace, or another high-reliability industry; familiarity with tenders and government procurement processes; experience coordinating across engineering and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the planning and timeline of individual projects, from kickoff through delivery.
• Coordinate System Engineering, R&D Development, Logistics and Field & ILS Engineering around shared deadlines.
• Track deliverables tied to tenders, customer contracts, and deployments.
• Identify risks and dependencies early, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Escalate priority or scope decisions that affect the product roadmap to the Product Lead.
• Provide clear, concise status reporting to leadership and relevant internal teams.
• Make sure every project has a single, unambiguous point of contact internally.
