Job summary

PREZIS is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate, execute and report on complex defense and security projects. You will manage national and international consortium efforts, ensuring progress aligns with strategic goals, budgets, and quality standards.

This role requires leading cross‑functional teams, stakeholder liaison across governments, research institutions and industry partners, and applying Agile methods to drive iterative delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management within high-tech, defense, or R&D environments.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing complex, international consortium projects.
• Familiarity with grant or innovation programmes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead consortium and innovation projects in defense or security.
• Apply Agile methodologies to manage project execution and iterations.
• Translate objectives into work packages, deliverables and timelines.
• Monitor progress, budgets, risks, and quality.
• Coordinate meetings and communications between partners, suppliers and internal teams.
