Job summary

Marktlink Debt Advisory is hiring a Senior Associate to drive execution on complex financing transactions, including acquisition financings, refinancings, and restructurings. You will support clients with analytical insights, model building, and structured finance while mentoring junior staff.

We seek a hands-on, entrepreneurial professional with a Master’s in Finance, 3–5 years in advisory or investment banking, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial advisory, corporate finance or investment banking.
• Native Dutch fluency and strong command of written and verbal English.
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Good understanding of financing structures, credit analysis, and LMA documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative spirit and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support acquisition financing, refinancings and restructuring processes for clients.
• Build complex financial models and assess capital structures to support decisions.
• Prepare financing memoranda and participate in management meetings.
• Engage in client meetings, lender negotiations and transaction structuring discussions.
• Guide and review junior analysts and collaborate with mid-level team members.
