Job summary

Marktlink Debt Advisory is hiring a Senior Associate to drive execution on complex financing transactions, including acquisition financings, refinancings, and restructurings. You will support clients with analytical insights, model building, and structured finance while mentoring junior staff.

We seek a hands-on, entrepreneurial professional with a Master’s in Finance, 3–5 years in advisory or investment banking, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial advisory, corporate finance or investment banking.
• Native Dutch fluency and strong command of written and verbal English.
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Good understanding of financing structures, credit analysis, and LMA documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

You will work on diverse and challenging financing transactions that require analytical insight, commercial thinking, and strong execution skills. You'll support clients in navigating acquisition financing, refinancing, capital raising and recapitalisation processes. Your responsibilities

As Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in project execution and client support. You will:

• Support clients in arranging acquisition financing, refinancings and restructuring processes.
• Conduct financial and company analyses, build complex financial models, assess capital structures, and support decision-making with well-founded insights.
• Assist in the preparation of complex financial models, financing memoranda, and management meetings.
• Participate in client meetings, lender negotiations and transaction structuring discussions.
• Guide and review the work of junior analysts, and collaborate closely with other mid-level team members.

Your profile
