Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a warehouse team lead or similar role.
• Strong English; Dutch preferred.
• Ability to coach teams to meet targets and improve KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Oversee inbound and outbound operations; monitor daily performance and coach the team.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity; ensure accurate order completion and on-time shipping.
• Monitor KPIs and drive achievement of operational targets; identify and resolve issues.
